Exhibition Review

The 1st China International Exhibition of Automatic Identification Technology & RFID 2006 was held in Shanghai Guang Da Exhibition Center. Many famous domestic and overseas brands came to present their new hi-tech products, technologies and equipments. The exhibition has attracted 78 exhibitors, including those from US, Germany, Japan, Korea, Switzerland, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Furthermore, 18,020 professional audiences from industries of logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, coal mining, retail, education, finance, medicine and automatization have also attended this exhibition. With the exhibiting ground of 3,600 m² and total contract value up to 2,386,000 Yuan, more than 98% of the exhibitors were satisfied with their exhibition outcomes.

With the purpose to promote the latest products and technologies in automatic identification technologies home and abroad, to explore integration application solutions on automatic identification and RFID in the industries of e-commerce, modern logistics, e-government, information-based enterprises and to create sound communication and co-operation environment, the 2nd China International Exhibition of Automatic Identification Technology & RFID, sponsored by Science & Technology Department of MII, Zhong Ya Xing International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Beijing Science & Technology Department, will be held during July 6-8th 2007 in China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. ★光地配置：展出場地、保安服務、公共標準責任保險、無任何設施。

★ 標準攤位設施包括：展出場地、眉板（參展企業中英文名稱）、三面展板、攤位內部地面鋪地毯、一個問訊臺、兩把折椅、一個紙簍、一個220V的電源、兩盞射燈。兩面開的攤位費加收20%。

★技術講座：主辦單位提供場地、燈光、講桌、座椅、開水、音響、白板、投影儀等，6800元/場。外資企業1500美元（時間2小時）。

Bare space: including exhibiting ground, security services, and commonality responsibility insurance, no other facilities.

Standard booth: including exhibiting ground, one lintel plate (both Chinese and English names of exhibitors), three exhibition boards, one carpet for the booth ground, one table, two chairs, one paper basket, one 220V power socket and two spotlights. Two-opening booth will be charged extra 20% exhibition fee.

Technology lecture: including lecturing area, lighting, one stand, chairs, boiled water, stereo, white boards, projectors and so on.

★注：為配合展商在展覽期間宣傳及讓客戶了解展商并在會后能與之溝通聯系，組委會將精心編印大會會刊，會刊除向現場參觀的專業人士派發外，還向行業主管部門、代理商、銷售商、用戶單位、研究所、協（學）會等單位寄發，企業可根據具體情況認登會刊版面，所有會刊廣告認刊后必須于6月25日前將菲林寄到組委會。會刊尺寸：210X285mm。

Conference Handbook & Ad

In order to help the clients to know more about the exhibitors during the exhibition and set up communication channels between exhibitors and their clients afterwards, the organizing committee will edit and print conference handbooks in the cooperation with exhibitors’ promotions. Except to hand out to the professional attendees, these handbooks will also be distributed to the governing departments, agents, distributors, users, research institutes, associations and so on. Enterprises could choose the page size as they need and after the advertisement confirmation, send the films to the committee before June 25th.  Handbook Size: 210X285mm.

★填寫展位申請表、加章后郵寄或傳真至大會組委會。在申請展位一周內將參展費用[50%訂金]或全款]電匯或交至組委會，展位順序分配原則：“先申請、先付款、先安排”，余款在2007年6月20日前付清，否則主辦單位將視其放棄參展。

  ★主辦單位收到《參展申請表》和展臺費用后，將發票與《參展商手冊》一并寄給參展商。代表住宿產品運輸等事宜，將以《參展商手冊》為準。
